Founder and Director

Paul Hugill, MBE As the founder of Daniel's Kitchen Paul leads from the trenches. His warmth and charismatic personality draws people from every walk of life. No matter what their challenges are, Paul gives to as many as he can, the support and encouragement to find the best in themselves. He has been self-employed since he was 19 and has over thirty years of experience within the business of hospitality, SEND and charitable sectors as well as a recent foray into politics standing as an independent candidate in the 2024 UK General Elections. He is equally passionate about supporting people in crisis as he is about helping them forge a stronger, more independent future. Away from Daniel’s Kitchen, Paul is passionate about nurturing self confidence and care in future generations through his books and talks.

Stephanie Laing - Leadership Facilitator Her gentle quality and kind understanding toward all she meets hides a strong and determined woman. Using her knowledge from her Masters Degree in Community Organising, and her previous charity work, she is a much valued member of the Daniel's Kitchen Leadership Team. Stephanie is a renowned public speaker and International Comedian, which brings an incredible balance and diversity to both sides of her life

Estelle Copeland - Resources Coordinator. Volunteer Manager. Networking Estelle is a Senior Citizen, who uses her life skills, gained through her work with the U.N. in many countries. She is a valued member of Daniel's Kitchen CIC, and recruits many of our volunteers. She helps support the team through networking within the community. Estelle is also an artist and brings her creative influence into all we do. She is sympathetic to life's difficulties by supporting homeless people, and those with mental health or physical challenges.

Anne Kiely - Compliance and Honorary Treasurer Anne brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in public and charity sectors in the U.K. and Ireland. Her wide breadth of knowledge in legal matters and bureaucracy brings clarity in dealing with our many funding forms. Her calm, steadying influence enables the team to move forward with confidence, knowing we are in good hands.

Hannah Woods - Admin, Training and Fundraising Hannah's background is in education, being a highly qualified teacher. She spent many years living and working on Sandringham Estate as the Learning and Engagement Coordinator, gaining great insight into every walk of life. Since moving to Louth, she brings her superb organisational skills to Daniel's Kitchen Leadership Team, and through her kind and gentle encouragement, manages to raise funds and boost team spirit.
